About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a nonprofit home health agency with nearly 50 years of service. They are looking for dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their expanding team across the state. Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
- Promote mobility, independence, and healing through compassionate, hands-on care
