About The Position

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a nonprofit home health agency seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their expanding team across the state. This role involves conducting initial patient assessments in the home setting, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, coordinating care with physicians and healthcare teams, and promoting mobility, independence, and healing through hands-on care. The VNA offers flexible scheduling, local territory assignments, competitive pay, and free continuing education units.

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
• Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes

Nice To Haves

• Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus
