About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a trusted, nonprofit home health agency with nearly 50 years of service to Florida's communities. They are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their expanding team across the state. This role offers flexible scheduling, local territory assignments, competitive pay, free continuing education units (CEUs), and supportive office and clinical teams. PTs will manage diverse caseloads and have opportunities for quick interviews and immediate openings. The work is meaningful, allowing therapists to build lasting patient relationships and see the direct impact of their care.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus
- Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
