About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a trusted, nonprofit home health agency with nearly 50 years of service to Florida's communities. As they grow, they are looking for dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their expanding team across the state. This role offers flexible scheduling, local territory assignments, competitive pay, and a supportive office and clinical team. Physical Therapists will treat diverse caseloads of patients in their homes, building lasting relationships and seeing the direct impact of their care. Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
- Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus
- Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
- Promote mobility, independence, and healing through compassionate, hands-on care
