About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a trusted, nonprofit home health agency with nearly 50 years of service to Florida's communities. As they continue to grow, they are looking for dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their expanding team across the state. This role offers flexible scheduling, local territory assignments, competitive pay, free continuing education units (CEUs), and a supportive work environment. Physical Therapists will serve patients in their community, treat diverse caseloads, and build lasting patient relationships through meaningful work in home health care.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
- Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
- Promote mobility, independence, and healing through compassionate, hands-on care
