About The Position

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a trusted, nonprofit home health agency with nearly 50 years of service to Florida's communities. As VNA continues to grow, they are looking for dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their expanding team across the state. This role involves conducting initial patient assessments in the home setting, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, coordinating care with physicians and healthcare teams, and promoting mobility, independence, and healing through compassionate, hands-on care. Physical Therapists will utilize VNA's proven case management model to guide patient outcomes and support families. Requirements

Active Florida Physical Therapist license

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience
Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus
Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes
