About The Position

The position involves ensuring the delivery of quality occupational therapy services and providing Case Management for patients through comprehensive assessments and coordination of agency services. It also requires assuring compliance with current physician's orders, appropriate interventions and reports to the physician, and complete and accurate documentation in the clinical record.
