About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist in Concord, Massachusetts. The clinic has a large staff, offers mentorship, and serves a diverse patient mix. The schedule is Monday through Friday; PRN and part-time opportunities are also available. Salary is $90,000–$110,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 based on experience and a student debt repayment benefit.

Requirements

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy school.
• Hold a valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Hold CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
