About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Palmer, Massachusetts. The clinic is large and well equipped, located in the center of Palmer, and offers a supportive environment with experienced clinicians who provide mentorship and guidance for professional development. The clinic treats patients of all ages and focuses primarily on orthopedic conditions, offering exposure to a diverse patient population and a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation needs. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, directing and documenting treatment, maintaining regulatory and training compliance, communicating respectfully with colleagues and patients, and participating in center meetings. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday. PRN and part-time opportunities are also available. Compensation is $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, with an incentive of up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and student debt repayment.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training, and maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
