About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Palmer, Massachusetts. The large, well-equipped clinic is located in the center of Palmer and provides a supportive setting with experienced clinicians who offer mentorship and professional-development guidance. The clinic treats patients of all ages, focusing primarily on orthopedic conditions and a diverse range of musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation needs. The role involves evaluating, treating, directing, and documenting patient care, while communicating respectfully with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with PRN and part-time opportunities also available. The posted salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, with a potential sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and student debt repayment benefits.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
