About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist in Millbury, Massachusetts. The role serves a diverse patient population, including sports medicine, pre- and post-operative, and general orthopedic patients. The clinic has relationships with area high school sports medicine programs, physician groups, and a total joint program, and offers mentorship and orientation to support the therapist's transition and professional growth. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday. PRN and part-time opportunities are also available. Compensation is $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and student debt repayment. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
