About The Position

Integrity Rehab Group, an industry-leading therapy management company, has partnered with Front Royal Family Practice and is expanding its outpatient orthopedic therapy services in the Front Royal, Virginia community. The Physical Therapist will provide patient-centered care focused on comprehensive, evidence-based treatment and a remarkable patient experience. The role supports exceptional patient outcomes and a positive healing environment while building relationships with physician partners and contributing to a collaborative, supportive workplace. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 per year. The position offers opportunities for physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation, as well as access to in-house orthopedic and sports residencies, leadership development coursework, and mentorship.

Requirements

Current or pending Virginia physical therapist license.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered outpatient orthopedic physical therapy using comprehensive, evidence-based treatment.
