About The Position

Integrity Rehab Group is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its team at Herndon Family Medicine, in partnership with Fairfax Family Practice Center. The role supports outpatient services for the Herndon community and focuses on delivering a remarkable patient experience through patient-centered care and comprehensive, evidence-based treatment. The therapist will build strong relationships with physician partners while contributing to exceptional patient outcomes and a collaborative, supportive environment for healing.

Compensation is $85,000–$115,000. The role offers opportunities for physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation, and emphasizes learning and teaching. Additional development opportunities include becoming a clinical instructor or mentor, in-house orthopedic and sports residencies, and a leadership development program.

Requirements

• Current or pending physical therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered outpatient physical therapy using comprehensive, evidence-based treatment.
• Build and maintain relationships with physician partners.
• Contribute to exceptional patient outcomes and a positive, collaborative atmosphere for patient healing.
• Participate in learning and teaching opportunities, including serving as a clinical instructor and/or mentor.
