About The Position
Corewell Health Physical Therapy provides treatment to individuals of all ages who have pain or physical limitations affecting their ability to move and perform everyday activities. The team includes licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants focused on maximizing movement potential, preventing injuries, treating limitations, and supporting sustainable wellness. The physical therapist examines and evaluates patients with functional limitations and disabilities and develops treatment plans. The role also provides consultation to healthcare providers regarding patients’ continuum of care. The physical therapist must interact appropriately with patients of all ages and cultures and follow Corewell Health customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Michigan state license in Physical Therapy.
- BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
Responsibilities
- Examine and evaluate patients with functional limitations and disabilities.
- Develop treatment plans for patients.
