About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Acute Care Physical Therapist in Henryetta, Oklahoma, working with Hilcrest Hospital to provide rehabilitation therapy services. The role delivers evidence-based, quality care to patients and establishes timely treatment plans tailored to their needs. The therapist collaborates with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital teams and builds relationships with physicians, case management, nurses, and others. The position offers experience with neuro, trauma, and orthopedic patients, as well as structured mentoring and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers each patient to exceed their functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
