About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a Physical Therapist for acute care in partnership with Advent Health, providing rehabilitation therapy services to patients in the area. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based, quality care and creating timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. The therapist works with patients and their families, fellow clinicians, and hospital team members, while building relationships with physicians, case management, nurses, and others. The position offers experience with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and orthopedics, along with mentoring and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers each patient to exceed functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
