About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist at its West St. Paul, Minnesota center. The position treats a variety of outpatient orthopedic patients from the community, with programs in ReVital Oncology Rehab, concussion, vestibular rehabilitation, post-operative care, spine care, and work injuries. Mentorship is available from physical therapists onsite and across the market. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with eight-hour shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Starting annual base compensation is $75,000–$90,000, depending on experience. Sign-on bonuses or participation in a student debt relief program may be available. Requirements

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy school.
Current students must have an outpatient clinical rotation.
Practicing clinicians must have outpatient experience within the last five years.
Valid state Physical Therapist license.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
