About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic clinic in Los Gatos, California. The clinic serves a diverse patient population across the lifespan, with conditions and services that include acute and chronic care, post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular and concussion care, neurological conditions, and sports performance. The role is suited to a motivated self-starter seeking mentorship and continued learning; 1:1 mentorship is available for new graduates. The starting salary is $100,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience. The position offers up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, a monthly student debt repayment benefit, and relocation assistance. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
