About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to help new professionals become confident, successful, and well-rounded clinicians. FOX Rehabilitation was founded in 1998 and was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering flexibility and autonomy to its clinicians while ensuring high-quality, one-on-one patient care. The organization is nationally recognized and continues to grow, employing over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
• Desire to develop professionally
• A passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

• No prior in home or home health experience required
