About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in White Plains, NY. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to support new professionals in launching their careers. The role involves providing outpatient services in a home setting, focusing on 1:1 patient care for older adults. FOX Rehabilitation is a nationally recognized organization with a large network of PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• A desire to develop professionally.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services in a home setting.
• Deliver top-tier, 1:1 patient care.
• Treat patients with a manageable caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 60-minute sessions.
• Develop professionally and demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Deliver exceptional patient service.
• Utilize basic computer literacy for job functions.
