About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation's innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists looking for a blend of mentorship and independence to launch their careers. Founded in 1998, FOX was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, giving clinicians flexibility and autonomy while ensuring top-tier, 1:1 patient care. Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
- Desire to develop professionally
- A passion for patient-centered care
- Basic computer literacy
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Treat patients in a rewarding home setting.
- Develop professionally and demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Deliver exceptional patient service.
- Utilize basic computer literacy.
