About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Greater Eldersburg, MD. Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Desire to develop professionally.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 1:1 patient care.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Deliver exceptional patient service.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence.
