About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Greater Catonsville, MD. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to support new professionals in launching their careers. The role involves revolutionizing care for older adults in a home setting, providing clinicians with flexibility and autonomy while ensuring top-tier, 1:1 patient care. FOX Rehabilitation is a nationally recognized organization with a large network of therapists.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in MD.
- Graduate from an accredited PT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Exceptional patient service delivery.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Desire to develop professionally.
- A passion for patient-centered care.
- Basic computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
- Treat 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Deliver exceptional care to older adults in a home setting.
- Develop professionally with mentorship and hands-on training.
- Supplement income by treating additional patients or referring classmates/colleagues for bonuses.
