About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapist in the Greater Abingdon, Maryland area through its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed for newly graduated professionals. The role combines mentorship and independence, with a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to support professional growth. Prior in-home or home health experience is not required. FOX provides outpatient services in patients’ homes, with a focus on individualized, one-to-one care. Clinicians see an average of 6–8 patients per day and provide 60-minute sessions without double-booking. The position offers a flexible schedule set by the clinician, with no nights or weekends required. The standard base pay range for a full-time role in Maryland is $70,000–$105,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more. Additional income may be available by treating additional patients or through referral bonuses. Part-time and FOX Flex (PRN) compensation is prorated. Requirements

Be licensed or soon to be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Maryland.
Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program.
Hold current CPR certification.
Demonstrate exceptional patient service, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
Have a desire to develop professionally and a passion for patient-centered care.
Have basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, one-to-one occupational therapy in patients’ homes.
Treat an average of 6–8 patients per day in 60-minute sessions.
Set and manage a flexible work schedule.
Develop professionally with support from a dedicated mentor and hands-on training.
Optionally treat additional patients to supplement income or refer classmates and colleagues for bonuses.
