About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to support new professionals in launching their careers. The role involves revolutionizing care for older adults in a home setting, providing clinicians with flexibility and autonomy while ensuring top-tier, 1:1 patient care. FOX Rehabilitation is a nationally recognized organization with a large network of therapists.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA
• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Current CPR Certification
• Exceptional patient service delivery
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
• Desire to develop professionally
• A passion for patient-centered care
• Basic computer literacy

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
• Treat 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Deliver exceptional care with a focus on individualized treatment.
• Develop professionally with mentorship and hands-on training.
