About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and Senior Living Communities in Bel Air, Maryland, and surrounding communities. Through its Geriatric House Calls™ model, clinicians help patients improve mobility, independence, wellness, and quality of life. The role includes conducting evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, delivering evidence-based treatment, and documenting care in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards. Clinicians may also provide telehealth or other virtual care when appropriate. The position offers autonomy to create and manage a treatment schedule, build lasting patient relationships, and work collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and Fitness Specialists. FOX offers full-time, part-time, and PRN/Fox Flex employment pathways. New graduates are eligible for the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, and H1B sponsorship is available for qualified clinicians. For full-time roles in Maryland, the stated standard base pay range is $70,000–$110,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn more; part-time and FOX Flex compensation is prorated. Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including lifting, performing CPR, assisting with patient transfers and bed mobility, repositioning patients, standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities.
Ability to drive to patient homes and senior living communities.
Wear PPE when required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
Provide therapy that supports patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
Document care in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.
Create, manage, and adjust a treatment schedule.
Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
When applicable, supervise PTA/OTAs, mentor emerging professionals, serve as a Clinical Instructor, and contribute written or social content.
