About The Position
Life Enriching Communities is seeking a licensed, compassionate Physical Therapist to help older adults regain strength and independence at Twin Towers in Cincinnati, Ohio. The therapist provides individualized care to restore function and improve mobility, tailoring therapy plans to each resident’s goals. The role involves working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive senior living community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document initial examinations and ongoing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Use manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and increase physical ability.
- Measure motor function, strength, and endurance.
- Monitor residents’ progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being.
