About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The therapist will treat a diverse caseload of patients of all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post-operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and sports performance. The role offers mentorship and continued learning, with 1:1 mentorship for new graduates. The position involves working at the Lima Road, Dupont Road, and Maysville Road locations, with travel between clinics as needed and mileage reimbursement provided. Compensation starts at $75,000 and reaches up to $105,000, commensurate with experience. The role also offers a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and a $350 monthly student debt benefit. Select Physical Therapy describes opportunities for specialized practice in areas such as aquatics, sports medicine, neuro, pelvic health, concussion care, and hand therapy, along with an Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
