About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic team in Monticello, Indiana. The clinician will treat a diverse caseload across all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, postoperative patients, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, and sports performance. The position offers mentorship and continued learning, with 1:1 mentorship for new graduates. Salary is $75,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and a $350 monthly student debt repayment benefit. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
