About The Position

UCHealth is seeking an experienced generalist orthopedic clinician to provide outpatient physical therapy services to the Longmont community at UCHealth Longs Peak Medical Center. This is an onsite PRN role on the UCSI LPMC Physical Therapy team, with a day shift schedule. The position is based in a new facility and emphasizes high-quality, one-to-one therapy in 40-minute sessions and evidence-based outcomes. The Physical Therapist evaluates and diagnoses patients' physical conditions, develops individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, and uses a variety of therapeutic techniques. The therapist also educates patients and their families to support recovery and long-term well-being. The role contributes to multidisciplinary care, safety and quality at the point of care, and may include precepting colleagues who are new to UCHealth. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
BLS certification must be through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, with the card in hand before the start date and valid through 60 days of hire. Renewals must be issued by the American Heart Association.
