About The Position
Physical Therapist contract assignment in Lakewood, Washington. The assignment requires a 13–26-week commitment, with any booking dates accepted. Day-shift hours are listed. The posting states 40 guaranteed workweek hours and indicates that pay is guaranteed. Holiday weeks have 32 guaranteed workweek hours. Overtime is billed at 1.5 times the standard rate; on-call is not applicable. ATI requires some documentation to be completed directly with ATI in addition to AMN’s clearance packet before a contractor can be cleared to start. Equipment will be provided during the interview. Parking and dress-code information will be provided on the first day. Candidates who worked permanent or PRN at ATI within the past year are ineligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Candidates with prior ATI traveler work history, or permanent/PRN work more than a year before submission, require an eligibility review. Washington and Alaska clinicians may work on a compact license. A completion bonus is offered to new contractors who sign through the end of September: $2,500 for 13–20 weeks or $5,000 for 26 weeks.
