About The Position
This Physical Therapist position is located in Lakewood, Washington. Before starting the assignment, the candidate must complete documentation with an organizational entity. Candidates with a Compact License from Washington or Alaska may apply. The candidate must provide 30 days’ notice before leaving the assignment. Parking will be provided on the first day. Equipment will be provided during the interview, and dress code information will be provided on the first day.
Requirements
- Minimum experience: less than 1 year.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training.
- Complete documentation with an organizational entity before starting the assignment.
- Candidates holding a Compact License from Washington or Alaska may apply.
- Provide 30-day notice before leaving the assignment.
