About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a PRN outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist in Franklin, Tennessee. The role focuses on helping patients recover movement and return to activities they enjoy in a collaborative clinical environment. The therapist may provide as-needed coverage at one location or float across clinic locations in the Franklin and Brentwood areas. The position offers opportunities to develop professionally and potentially transition into a full-time or part-time role.

The clinician will develop individualized, evidence-based care plans, deliver outcomes-driven therapy, collaborate with colleagues, and build relationships with patients and local providers. Upstream provides administrative support and clinical resources, including, beginning in 2026, a generative AI documentation scribe designed to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time.

The PRN schedule is 1–19 hours per week, with weekday, weekend, morning, and evening availability. The listed pay range is $50.00–$55.00 per hour; actual pay may depend on pay class, experience, background, and clinic location.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
