About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring PRN float Physical Therapists to provide outpatient orthopedic care in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Therapists may cover a single clinic or float across multiple locations. The role is open to recent graduates and experienced clinicians and offers a collaborative, supportive team environment with career-development opportunities.

The therapist develops individualized, evidence-based care plans, delivers high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy, collaborates with peers, and builds connections with patients and local providers. Upstream’s support teams handle administrative work, and clinicians have access to education and development programs and AI-assisted clinical documentation technology.

The PRN schedule is 1–19 hours per week, with weekday, weekend, evening, and morning availability. Compensation is listed at $50–$55 per hour. There may be an opportunity to transition to a full-time or part-time role.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
