About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a PRN Outpatient Physical Therapist in Springfield, Tennessee. The role supports patients recovering movement and returning to the activities they value, in a collaborative outpatient orthopedic setting. Clinicians may provide as-needed coverage at one location or float across multiple clinics in the surrounding area. The organization offers a national network with local-clinic support, including administrative teams, clinical resources, and education and development programs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
- Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide as-needed coverage at a single clinic or float across multiple clinic locations in the surrounding area.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
- Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
- Collaborate with peers in a supportive, values-driven team environment.
- Build lasting connections with patients and local providers.
- Continue learning through Upstream education and development programs.
