About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic in Huntersville, North Carolina, as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from Ivy Rehab in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launch, comprehensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will offer support throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to lead a startup clinic.
  • Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a startup outpatient physical therapy clinic.
  • Serve as an Equity Partner, with a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
  • Manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
  • Recruit, interview, and develop a team.
  • Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
  • Build and maintain a positive clinic culture and teammate retention.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
  • Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
