Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient
About The Position
Valir Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The clinician will provide hands-on, personalized, evidence-based care to patients with a diverse range of orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Clinicians may maintain a general caseload or specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, or concussion care. The role includes documenting care in Raintree EMR and maintaining a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week. AI-driven tools are provided to help streamline documentation. The clinic offers administrative support, peer collaboration, clinical learning, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
- Document patient care accurately in Raintree EMR.
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week, with support from AI-driven documentation tools.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
