About The Position
Valir Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is hiring a Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The clinician provides hands-on, personalized, evidence-based care and builds relationships with patients in a supportive, team-driven environment. The clinic treats orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Clinicians may maintain a general caseload or pursue specialties including orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and concussion care. The role involves an approximate caseload of 50 visits per week, with AI-driven tools intended to streamline documentation. The position offers a Monday-through-Friday schedule, administrative support, a collaborative patient-first culture, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
- Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week, using AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
