About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team in a modern inpatient rehabilitation setting. This 42-bed rehabilitation facility specializes in neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex rehabilitation, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients recovering from various conditions, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, joint replacements, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Collaborate with a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, rehab nurses, and case managers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Track and measure patient progress, ensuring individualized treatment programs that enhance functional gains.
- Engage in maintaining a modern facility and utilizing state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment.
