About The Position
We are seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide both inpatient and outpatient services. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate with another Physical Therapist on alternate days, delivering patient-centered care in an acute hospital environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in an acute care setting is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
