About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought for an Assisted Living Facility in Panama City, Florida. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement role on a collaborative rehabilitation team. The facility provides support and tools to help therapists succeed, and welcomes both new graduates and experienced physical therapists. The estimated pay range is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Full benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education support.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Florida license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.

- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
