About The Position
KORT Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist at its Brandenburg, Kentucky center. The role focuses on delivering patient care that helps people return to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they enjoy. The position offers mentorship and orientation, continuing education opportunities, and opportunities to pursue specialties and move among the organization’s centers nationwide. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Starting compensation is $80,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience. Potential incentives include a $10,000–$20,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in indefinite student debt relief.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- For current students, an outpatient clinical rotation.
- For practicing clinicians, outpatient experience within the last three years.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training, and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
