About The Position

HTS is currently hiring a Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at a well-established senior living community in the heart of historic Old Louisville. This 113-bed facility offers a diverse patient population across short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. You'll also have access to a well-equipped therapy gym to support patient care. This is a full-time position at 30–40 hours per week. Requirements

• Active State Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license.
• Qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
