About The Position
NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics role in Stevens, Pennsylvania. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The salary range is $80,000–$90,000, based on experience. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and student loan assistance of $350 per month for the duration of employment. The center has four physical therapists and two physical therapist assistants and treats a diverse patient population, including sports medicine, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular/post-concussion cases. Mentorship and training are provided, and new graduates are welcome to apply. Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training, and maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
