About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic center in Stevens, Pennsylvania. The center has four physical therapists and two physical therapist assistants and treats a diverse patient population, including sports medicine, orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and post-concussion cases. Mentorship and training are provided, and new graduates are welcome to apply. The role offers a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 based on experience, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and student loan assistance of $350 per month for the duration of employment. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical-services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
