About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT). This role offers more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase income based on productivity. The coverage area is Apopka, FL / Northwest Orange County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, allowing therapists to spend more time with patients. The company provides structured onboarding, mentorship, preceptorship, ongoing training, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology
