We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic in Paris, Kentucky. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you'll find a collaborative environment where your professional growth and patient care are equally valued. At H2 Health Paris, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care to a diverse outpatient population, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, sports medicine, and workers' compensation patients. Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification, where applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
