At Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, you'll join a team known for hands-on, high-quality, evidence-based care where patients are treated as people, not numbers. Clinicians work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, vestibular disorders, balance and gait impairments, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic emphasizes individualized treatment plans, consistent therapist-patient relationships, and collaborative care designed to help patients reach meaningful functional goals. Treatment approaches may include manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, dry needling, and other evidence-based interventions.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, vestibular, balance, gait, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
