About The Position

In a skilled nursing setting, the Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. The therapist develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with nursing, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team, and helps patients return to their highest level of independence. The position offers manageable caseloads and supports evidence-based clinical practice. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available. Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Current New York State PT license or eligibility for a New York State PT license.
