About The Position

TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company with over 20 years of experience delivering patient outcomes across the Tri-State area. The company emphasizes manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, evidence-based care, and therapist development. The Physical Therapist works in a skilled nursing setting, evaluating and treating patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. The therapist develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with nursing, physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team, and supports patients in reaching their highest level of independence. The position offers manageable caseloads and clinical mentorship, including structured mentorship for new graduates. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem options are available; rates depend on position, applicable experience, employment type, and location.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a master's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Current or eligible for a Connecticut state physical therapist license.
Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
